This REAL TIME live web camera is located at the Kiteloft - 6th St. and Boardwalk, Overlooking the boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean, Ocean City Maryland, USA.
It is presently set to refresh with a new image every 5 seconds.
If you see nothing but a BLACK SCREEN and it is daylight hours, or a white screen with a red X in upper left corner, then, it may be an issue with your Microsoft XP or Vista operating system. Your earlier version of Windows XP possibly needs a Microsoft's updated service patch..go to: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and choose "product updates" .. and it will analyze your computer and probably detect that you lack a service pack update ..... follow the instructions to install this update and any other critical patches that you may lack.
